Chef Michael Sibert Makes Waves at This Years Charleston Wine and Food Festival

The Charleston Wine and Food Festival (CHSWFF) is a star-studded event that brings together culinary masters from across the country. This year, one chef is generating a lot of buzz with the record number of festival events he participated in:

The 2024 Charleston Wine and Food Festival kicked off with a glamorous opening night gala. This event set the tone for the entire festival, and Chef Sibert wowed the crowd with a fresh pasta dish, Limoncello Pasta with Oyster Mushrooms.

Heading into the weekend Chef had a busy Friday serving guests Crab Stuffed Deviled Eggs at the riverfront seafood event “Shucked”, and Low Country boil topped wontons at the Paradiso poolside party “Street Eats”.

As an honored 2024 South Carolina Chef Ambassador, Chef Sibert was part of a rooftop media reception that welcomed both local and national media members.

Collaborating with low-country farm Rollins Raw Grains, guests were treated to Oxtail Red Peas & Rice from Chef Sibert.

The final event of Chef’s lineup was canceled due to inclement weather, but guests can look forward to experiencing his planned 2024 Culinary Village dish of Waygu Beef Tallow & Crispy Pork Jowl at the 2025 Charleston Wine & Food Festival!
